This is crazy. A man was recording himself live on Facebook when he was fatally shot. One person was killed while 11 others were wounded. Antonio Perkins, was found laying face down in a vacant lot.
He was shot in the neck and in the head. He was pronounced dead after being transported to Mount Sinai Hospital.
