Michael Jordan loved to talk when he was a player but he was practicing his way with words many years before he ever became the GOAT. Jordan wrote a poem to his elementary school crush back in the day and now in 2016 you can own it via auction.

ESPN’s Darren Rovell reported that the poem titled “Only You” will go up for auction next week. It was auctioned off once in the past for reportedly $1,800 but this time around you can expect it to go for more.
Jordan wrote:
“Only you can brighten my day, Only you can show me the way. Only you can except my love. You and the great man above. Only you can kiss my cheek. When I with you I never fear defeat. I hope you grow very, very tall. Because right now you haven’t grown at all. My face shows happiness and blue. Because I will love Only You.”
Not sure how romantic it was to let the girl know she hasn’t grown. And how tall did he want her to be? That was a pretty funny line to be mixed in with the rest but knowing MJ, he won the girl in the end.
