Black Twitter is not here for Wendy Williams. They are putting her in the same category as Stacy Dash after she made a comment about Historically White Colleges.
Wendy Williams was speaking on the petition that was made to have Jesse Williams fired from ‘Grey’s Anatomy.’ Williams called herself trying to touch base with both sides not realizing she didn’t quite have all her facts straight. She said his speech was “was very poignant on one hand.” She went on to say,
“I would be really offended if there was a school that was known as a historically white college. We have historically black colleges.”
People went IN on Wendy. Historically black colleges as we all know (well apparently not) were designed due to the black people not having a fair share in the school system. This honestly was the first time I ever heard a super silent audience on Wendy’s show.
