The brawl started at about 7 p.m. on Sunday, when two 17-year-olds allegedly made fun of a 24-year-old woman’s dress and it just snowballed from there.
Police said a 17-year-old girl, Nykia Brooks, struck a 52-year-old man in the head when she threw a can of food at him, which ended up in her getting arrested for second-degree assault and disorderly conduct.
