After back-to-back seizures just last month, Lil Wayne’s epilepsy has plagued him once again. The Young Money rapper was back in this hospital last week, after suffering what TMZ called a “serious seizure” in Las Vegas.

This time, Tune was in Las Vegas, and was just about to hit the stage at TAO for a pre-UFC 200 party when the seizure hit. He was forced to cancel the performance and go to the ICU, but has since been discharged and is home resting in Miami.

Wayne is reportedly naming medication (or lack thereof) as the cause, saying that it’s trial and error right now with the right balance of meds from his doctors to fight the ongoing issue.
