Kanye West and Damon Dash are now able to walk free in the lawsuit filed by a member of ‘Loisaidas.’ Member Michael Medina accused West and Dash of tarnishing their brand when they released a movie with the same name.
A judge dismissed the case stating that the name “Loisaidas,” refers to Manhattan’s Lower East Side is where the film took place. It had nothing to do with the group.
