Cops really be walin, smh. Take a look at this NYPD officer scare civilians with his gun while watching a man (that he just stomped out) literally have a seizure right in front of his eyes! You can’t make this shit up.

Like I’ve said before, thank God for smartphones. We didn’t have these to film cops 20 years ago. Since we do now, it’s created a whole movement.

The guy filming claimed that the cop was stomping on the man’s head, while he was cuffed, causing him to have a seizure. But, according to the guy, it was until the cop was being filmed that he decided to call for an ambulance. Smh, this cop should seriously get in trouble for this. Accountability is something lacking in our police departments.
