The Austrian tattoo artist tattooed a penis and the word F**k, the girl had wanted the Ying Yang symbol, the artist even drew out the template and ended up tattooing something else. This is bugged ya better be careful out there. The tattoo artist was sentence to 3 1/2 years in jail.
