Earlier this month, Lil Wayne was the victim of another swatting incident, and woke up to Miami PD searching his mansion. This was the second incident he’s had like this in under a year, and he’s sick and tired of it. Weezy is getting out of dodge.

When the incident happened in 2015, Wayne made plans to sell the mansion, but TMZ reports that he was cool with staying there until someone bought it. There were no bites on it since then, but with this latest issue, he’s getting out and will let it just sit there until someone decides to buy it. If you’re interested, he’s selling it for a cool $18 million.

The property, which sits on Miami’s exclusive La Gorce island, was purchased by the Young Money rapper for just over $12 million in 2006.
