Those were some of the questions asked of the potential jurors in the rape case against Derrick Rose. At stake is so much more than $21M, it’s Rose’ reputation, and potentially career.
One of the main issues according to Derrick’s attorney is the fact that there were only 2 potential black jurors and 15 Hispanic of the 27 potentials. If you didn’t know, the accuser is Hispanic as well.
