Ludacris has been in an ongoing custody battle with Tamika Fuller, the woman he fathered a daughter with while on a break from his now-wife, Eudoxie. It’s been messy to say the least, but ultimately, a judge ruled a while back that Luda gets full custody, and has been denying Tamika’s repeated attempts to appeal it.

In the latest ruling, the judge decided that Luda has the final say when it comes to what pictures of their daughter Tamika is allowed to post on social media. The rapper can force Fuller to remove any pics he wants if he doesn’t approve. The judge also ruled neither parent can use the kid in interviews, articles or for GoFundMe pages.

Luda’s also the official decision maker now when it comes to his daughter’s school, doctor and religious upbringing.
