It seems like October’s very own might have a special surprise coming on Monday the 24th. Why the 24th you ask? It’s a special day for Drake.
Well October 24th is the day Drake turns 30 years old. So in honor of his birthday, him and OVO Sound Radio were hinting at something special coming on Monday. He’ll be hosting the show next to his manager Oliver El-Khatib releasing mixes that might have some new songs in them. He even commented under Complex’s photo on Instagram with the bullseye emoji when they hinted at new music coming.
He’s been secretly working on some music during his Summer Sixteen tour. He told a crowd in Tacoma, Washington that he has a couple songs done already but he doesn’t know what he’s doing with them.
“about six, maybe seven new songs in. Just getting warmed up. I don’t know what I’m going to do with it, I don’t know what it’s going to be, but what I do know is I can’t wait to come back to the motherfucking Tacoma Dome and perform all that shit for y’all.”
Whatever he’s working on, everybody’s excited to hear what he’s been cooking up since Views came out earlier this year.
