The body cam footage is from the Evansville police department in Indiana. In the video the police are seen using extremely excessive force. In the video the 36 year old victim could be heard whimpering for help. Please be advised that the content is graphic. Check out the video and more on the story after the jump.

The victim of the police brutality was 36 year old Mark Healy. Mark Allegedly was burglarizing a garage when police were called to the scene at or around 2 am in the morning. While detained the officers checked Healy. While searching an officer was poked by a Syringe. This caused the officer to lash out on Healy and repeatedly beat the man while handcuffed. All officers involved have been put on administrative leave. Check out the horrible video below.

I can understand the officers frustration here. I would be pissed to if this dudes needle pricked me.
