Surveillance video showing an armed gunman firing point-blank at a man in southeast Washington D.C. has been released. Once the guy had the shoes in his possession, he pulls out a pistol and fires at the man at point blank range, the man able to swat it away at first. Thankfully there were no injuries, but the suspect and his friends are still at large:
