John Wall has been a very frustrated player this season and it’s easy to see why. The Wizards have completely underachieved this season and are one of the worst teams in the league, despite thinking of themselves as a contender in the eastern conference before the the season started. Wall let his emotions get the best of him a couple times already this season and vowed to be better but last night he drew a technical foul for shoving Jusuf Nurkic of the Nuggets after his emotions once again won out.

Don't mess around with #JohnWall ????

Wall didn’t like how Nurkic tried to box him out for the rebound. You can see Nurkic kind of throw his elbow out there to keep Wall away but it definitely wasn’t anything vicious or even remotely so. Regardless, Wall clearly didn’t like it and ran up on him and shoved him to the ground.

Wall is lucky he wasn’t disciplined more and he still may be fined because his reaction was way too strong for what happened. He is also lucky that Nurkic didn’t try to go after him because for as much as I like Wall as a player, he doesn’t want any parts of fighting with Nurkic.
