The rise of self driving has been thrown out there. However, I’m not quite sure if they are that reliable. In a recent video, we can see a Tesla crash after the autopilot in the car could not detect a lane shift.

The car slammed into a barrier causing it to smoke up. It has been reported that the driver was letting the autopilot steer the car without using breaks. Nobody was injured. Tesla informs their drivers to use both hands when driving one. The company says that the cars are to help “assist” the driver and not to take over completely. I think ill pass on the assistance.
