Andi Sanderlin had a business going! The woman from Scarsdale set up shop in Queens, and also had growhouses in the Bronx and Brooklyn. She was ratted out by a member of a 5-person marijuana ring that just got caught in Manhattan, and the DEA staked out her location, and eventually arrested her. She was caught with almost $8000 in her purse, and had a few cars in her name in the past, including a Maserati. She’s in house arrest in Brooklyn and is being tried for a minimum of ten years. $100 Million Invested For The Starbucks Of Weed?!?
The CEO of a company called Diego Pellicer in Seattle announced plans to invest $100 million in a national marijuana chain. Since more and more states are considering medical and recreational legalization of weed, this could definitely make some big $$$!!! He plans on taking over the pot industry the same way Starbucks started in Seattle and took over the nation, saying “We are Big Marijuana” and planning on THOUSANDS of stores. Maybe they’ll have have munchies on a Dollar Menu. We’ll see how the federal government reacts to it though, because dispensaries are getting busted on the regular.

It looks like for the first time in a landmark case a judge has ruled that you can still get fired for smoking weed in Colorado, even though weed is legal. A man named Brandon Coats who worked for the Dish Network tested positive for marijuana. Brandon had been paralyzed in a car accident and was a medical marijuana user ever since.
