After a fatal car accident that claimed the life of his friend and nearly left him brain dead, Tracy Morgan has fully recovered and is making his return throughout the comedy scene. This weekend he hosted Saturday Night Live (SNL) where was greeted with applause and cheers as he declared that he is back and “better than ever.” See his return after the jump!

After spending the past 16 months in recovery, following a deadly car crash, comedian Tracy Morgan made his return to stand-up comedy. The beloved comedian, who recently made an appearance at the Emmy’s, got back on the stage for not one but two, back-to-back comedy shows in NYC last night. He performed at the Comedy Cellar and The Stand and rumor has it he had an outstanding show. Cameras were forbidden from both performances, however Tracy took to his Twitter to share a photo of himself performing with the caption, “My first time on stage in 16 months at the #ComedyCellar!
