After six years together and a seven-month engagement, Adrienne Bailon and Lenny Santiago, a Roc Nation exec and manager to Fabolous, have decided to call it quits. In the latest issue of US Magazine, “The Real” co-host opened up about her recent failed engagement. “I am, of course, sad that things didn’t go as we planned, but we still remain close friends,” she explained. “Six years is a long time to be together, but we had to make the decision to go with our hearts and not be embarrassed or afraid of change. He absolutely helped make me a better person and I will forever cherish the time we shared together.”

Lenny is a big A&R at Roc Nation and also works as rapper Fabolous’ manager. He has been in the music industry for years, making a great name for himself. Bailon spilled the beans on the show (which is airing this Monday) as she started showing off her finger with the gorgeous rock on it saying, “I’m engaged!!!” The 31-year-old posted a bunch of pics onto her Instagram page from the restaurant where he popped the question, flaunting her new ring.
