Max Azria Being Sued Over Playboy Condoms!
Max Azria, better known as the designer for BCBG, is being sued over Playboy condoms! The designer is being accused of breaking a deal made with Jimmy Esebag, a Playboy brand correspondent. Â The deal had to do with Max having to convince and/or help make a deal with Walmart to carry the Playboy branded condoms in their stores. Â Apparently the marketing of this condom did not go as planned and Max is being sued for $200 million, for not following through with the alleged deal.
