Dzhokhar Tsarnaev Will Not Receive Miranda Rights

Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, the only living Boston bombing suspect, will not be read his Miranda rights which give him the right to an attorney and the right to remain silent. Before he was captured alive Boston police, the FBI, ATF, and more did everything the could to catch Tsarnaev and make sure that he is still alive. He was taken to a hospital last night and thus far we have no update on his condition. After he was captured and alive, the debate began on whether or not he should be read the rights. T.I. Slams Reports Saying Hip Hop Was Connected To Boston Bombing

Yesterday after Boston bombing suspect, Tamerlan Tsarnaev, was killed after a gun fight with police the media dug up every possible thing they could about what kind of person he was. TMZ dug up that Tamerlan was a huge hip hop fan and he had a website connected to a hip hop site. We here at InFlexWeTrust did not post that story since we all know that hip hop was not the cause or motive for the bombers.  T.I. caught wind of what TMZ reported and spoke out against the report. (Video) Uncle Of Boston Bombing Suspects Speaks Out, Calls Them Losers

Ruslan Tsarni, the uncle of Tamerlan Tsarnaev and Dzhokhar Tsarnaev the Boston bombing suspects, is now speaking out against his nephew’s actions. Tsarni, who lives in Montgomery Village, Md, says that he hasn’t really spoke to his nephews in years and he sends his sympathy to the real victims of the bombings. Tsarni also called his nephews losers and urged Dzhokar to turn himself in. Watch more below.
