Diddy may be purchasing a new mansion in Beverly Hills – a $12 million spot in the city’s gated Beverly Ridge area. It’s gorgeous and sits comfortably on 11,200 sq. ft., custom built to Keyshawn Johnson’s taste in 2003, and strongly considered by Kim Kardashian and Kanye West before they settled on a nearby $11 million Bel Air mansion. Almost seems like a no-brainer, but there’s ONE thing that Diddy’s needs to know before he can commit – HOW HARD CAN HE RAGE?! The music mogul has asked the local homeowners’ association about its party policies, and won’t make an offer if he finds that they’re strict about parties. Word is,t though, the Homeowner’s Assosciation is pretty flexible because lots of famous residents are known for their huge ragers. Seems like Puff could be making an offer soon, then!

Lil Wayne is in the media fairly often just because he’s so famous, but he actually lives a relatively private life. The YMCMB rapper rarely tweets, and when he does, it’s usually about sports. He doesn’t have an Instagram page, and we don’t see him out very often, unless it’s a random club night…and even then, he’s usually just with his boys. That seems to be changing, though, (perhaps as they gear up for Tha Carter V promo time?) as now he’s going to be doing a weekly webisode series, giving an inside look at his life. Tameka & Usher Raymond Sell The Home They Once Shared At A HUGE Loss
After their divorce in 2009, Usher allowed ex-wife Tameka to live in the home they once shared, but after 4 years, he decided to sell the 8-bedroom, 11-bathroom home. As part of their divorce settlement, she was allowed to stay in the home, but he was also allowed to sell it whenever he felt like, so long as he gave her a 30-day notice. That notice came in the Fall of 2013, and it was finally sold on November 20, 2013, for $2.2 million, taking a nearly $1 million loss on it. Usher first purchased the home in 2007 for $3.04 million. He’d actually been trying to unload it since 2012 when he was awarded custody of their sons, but it took a year to get a bite.

Though it’s not confirmed, Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick will reportedly be moving into Keyshawn Jackson’s home in Justin Bieber’s gated community. What is confirmed, however, is they have listed their home nearby at $3.499 million. The Calabasas home was “dramatically reimagined” by celebrity decorator Jeff Andrews, and offers 4 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms. Check out the really dope black-and-white crib in the gallery!

Reality TV is a gift and a curse, huh?
