Kodak Black Gets 120 Days In Jail After He Plead No Contest To Drug Charges

Kodak Black is expected to be released from jail on November 30. He was sentenced to 120 days after pleading no contest to a misdemeanor charge of possession of 20 grams or less of marijuana and also a misdemeanor charge of use or possession of marijuana paraphernalia.


Joe Budden’s Domestic Violence/Grand Larceny Charges Get Dismissed

Great news for Joe Budden. His pending charges for domestic violence and grand larceny have been dropped after he pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct for allegedly beating up his ex-girlfriend and robbing her in Washington Heights back in 2014. The Game took to Instagram Tuesday, to defend the once beloved comedian Bill Cosby. In a long rant, the Compton rapper questioned how murderers like George Zimmerman can walk free, but Cosby is being targeted. Just last week, Bill Cosby was arrested for a 2004 incident that occurred at his Elkins Park, Pennsylvania mansion. Former Temple employee Andrea Constand alleged Cosby drugged and raped her, while he claims their interaction was consensual. He’s currently out on a million dollar bail, awaiting trial. The Game isn’t the first celebrity to come to Cosby’s defense,however. Waka Flocka recently shared his feelings about Cosby’s arrest in a Twitter rant of his own. More below.


Several Bill Cosby Accusers React To Criminal Charges

Wednesday (December 30th) the first official arrest warrant has been issued for Bill Cosby, for the 2004 alleged drugging and sexual assault Andrea Constand. Cosby has been accused of alleged rape by over a dozen other women and since the news of the charges broke, several of these woman have spoken out. It seems Andrea’s win was a like a small victory for all of them. The first to make a statement was, Andrea Constand, a former Temple employee who was assaulted at Cosby’s Elkins Park, Pennsylvania mansion released a state via her attorney stating,

“On behalf of our client, Andrea Constand we wish to express our appreciation to the Montgomery County District Attorney’s Office, the County Detectives and the Cheltenham Police Department for the consideration and courtesy they have shown Andrea during this difficult time. We have the utmost confidence in Mr. Steele, Ms. Feden and their team, who have impressed us with their professionalism. In that this matter is now being pursued in the criminal justice system, we will not comment further.”
