NBA: Mark Cuban Says He Saved All His Texts From DeAndre Jordan & Will Reveal Them At a Later Date

Tonight DeAndre Jordan and the Clippers will be in Dallas to take on the Mavericks and Jordan is surely to receive a harsh welcome.  It’s his first time playing there since spurning the Mavericks and Mark Cuban after agreeing to sign with the team then backing out and changing his mind, instead deciding to return to the Clippers.  Cuban hasn’t hid his feelings toward Jordan, often showing that he’s still upset and bitter.  In fact, Cuban says he saved all the messages from Jordan the infamous night, the Clippers “held him hostage in his home”.

Mark Cuban really doesn’t give a sh*t about the Clippers, just ask him, he’ll tell you. In fairness to Cuban, he did warn the media he really didn’t want to talk about them or the DeAndre Jordan situation as the teams prepared to face off last night for the first time since the free agent debacle.

NBA: Report, Chris Paul, Blake Griffin, DeAndre Jordan All Visit Lamar Odom In Hospital

Lamar Odom’s condition has definitely improved as reported by ESPN’s Ramona Shelburne, among others. He is breathing on his own and has been “conversational” throughout the day. All of this is of course great news as the prayers seem to be working.

DeAndre Jordan’s free agency debacle was the talk of the summer and apparently the two teams aren’t done trading quips just yet.  Jordan had agreed to a deal with the Dallas Mavericks but later backed out and re-signed with the Los Angeles Clippers after they literally travelled to his home and staged a sit in.  Jordan later apologized to Mavericks owner Mark Cuban for reneging on their deal but Cuban didn’t accept the apology and apparently he’s still bitter as he and Clippers coach and president of basketball operations, Doc Rivers continue to go in on each other.

DeAndre Jordan is originally from Houston, Texas and had the chance this summer to return to his home state but with the Dallas Mavericks.  As you already know, Jordan reneged on his agreement with the Mavericks and instead returned to the Los Angeles Clippers in a crazy fashion that had everyone buzzing.  Though Jordan returned to LA, he didn’t turn in his love for the Dallas Cowboys and cheered them on last night on Twitter as they captured a comeback win against the New York Giants.  Unfortunately for Jordan, Dallas residents were not having it, and went in on him heavy!

NBA: Matt Barnes Told DeAndre Jordan He’s Going to ‘Foul the Beep’ Out of Him When Grizzlies/Clippers Play

Matt Barnes is the kind of player you love when he is on your team but hate when he is on the other side.  The Clippers are going to get a taste of that next season. For the past three seasons, Barnes has brought his intense, physical style of play to the Clippers (who needed it, they had been seen as soft at times). This summer he got traded (to Charlotte, which moved him on to Memphis).  The Grizzlies are known for their tough style of play so Barnes should fit right in and he’s already letting his former teammates know he won’t go easy on them.
