In a series of photos posted to Instagram just a little while ago, singer/songwriter The-Dream announced his departure from his long-time recording home, Def Jam. Though no explanation was provided as to the reason behind the split, it seems as though it’s amicable, as Mr. Nash was sure to add he’d “miss this logo,” and proceeded to break down each release he’d put out through the label, while promising bigger things are on the horizon. Grand opening, grand closing. After only a little over a year since announcing she’d signed with Jay Z’s Roc Nation imprint for management, M.I.A. has parted ways with them. As we ushered the new year in, the singer revealed the news on Twitter. “2013 i dlted old tweet to bring u this. im leaving @RocNation,” she wrote. “Thank to everyone who supported the M.I.A #MATANGI LP. HAPPY NEW YEAR | 2014.”

Remember Ruben from American Idol?! He made his way over to Wendy Williams Show to talk about his recent stint on The Biggest Loser, he went from from 462 lbs. to 358 lbs! He told her, “I most certainly [have a goal weight.] I want to be at my physical best by my next birthday which is September 12, 2014. I’ve never seen that. I played football in high school and college, so I’ve been in shape but I’ve never seen my body at its best.” He even admits that he’s at the gym every day, six days a week. He don’t work out on Sunday. He also ran a 5k a couple of weekends ago. Great motivation! See his video below!
