El Chapo Is Now Asking To Be Removed From Solitary After Experiencing “Hallucinations”

There has now been documents filed to have “El Chapo” removed from solitary confinement. Joaquin “El Chapo” Guzman’s lawyers is asking if he can be placed with other inmates at the Metropolitan Correctional Center in lower Manhattan.

Joaquín Archivaldo Guzmán Loera, who the world knows as “El Chapo,” is now residing in the United States. Chapo was sent to the Metropolitan Correctional Center from Mexico. In a forensic evaluation report, which was obtained and published by the New York Daily News Tuesday, states that the MCC is actually worse than the infamous Guantanamo Bay military prison.

Joaquin “El Chapo” Guzman has now been extradited to the United States. He is being sent to the U.S. the day before Trump’s inauguration. El Chapo is the leader of the Sinaloa Cartel. He has made two jailbreaks—including one from a maximum-security prison in 2015, achieved through a tunnel dug to his cell—but he was recaptured in Jan. 2016.

The judge in charge of El Chapo’s case was gunned down outside of his home in Mexico. Vicente Antonio Bermudez Zacarias, a federal judge in Mexico was coming home from a jog in Metepec, Mexico, when he was fatally shot in the head. Mexican President Enrique Pena Nieto says that the attorney general’s office is now conducting a thorough investigation.


El Chapo’s Son Reportedly Kidnapped While At A Mexican Resort

It has been reported that El Chapo’s son has been kidnapped amongst seven armed assailants. Authorities say Ivan Archivaldo Guzman was possibly among six of the men who were abducted at gunpoint at a restaurant in the resort town of Puerto Vallarta. Authorities also believe that the abduction is the work of an organized ‘criminal group.’
