Anthony Mackie, ‘Black Panther’ Doesn’t Need Black Director

Many people aren’t too fond with Anthony Mackie right now, in fact, many are turn their heads to the side in completely “huh?” face with confusion. Coming fresh off his role as The Falcon in Marvel’s Captain America series, Mackie “dreamed of playing” the character, however Chadwick Boseman was cast in the titular role for a five-picture deal. Ice Cube Tapped To Be Scrooge In Christmas Movie ‘Humbug’

Who would have thought 25 years ago that that crazy motherf*%#er named Ice Cube would be starring in family-friendly Christmas movies one day? Deadline reports that the legendary rapper has teamed up once again with his Ride Along director, Tim Story, and will star as Ebenezer Scrooge in a modern remake of the classic holiday film, A Christmas Carol. Will O’Shea Jackson Jr. play Tiny Tim? Ha! (All jokes aside though – I’d so be there for that. Hey, O’Bae!) Cube will also produce the movie alongside Jeff Kwatinetz for his Cube Vision imprint. We can expect Humbug in theaters during the holiday season of 2017.
