Congrats to Cleveland native Machine Gun Kelly, as the Bad Boy was named MTV’s Hottest Breakthrough MC for the year! This is big in itself because it’s MTV, but even bigger because he was voted on by the fans! MGK had some tough competition as well, going up against A$AP Rocky, Meek Mill, French Montana and more. Machine Gun Kelly’s debut album is set to drop on Bad Boy in 2012. Marisa Mendez
