Joey Bada$$ and Troy Ave aren’t going to let this beef die any time soon, apparently. Since yesterday, the pair have fired multiple shots at each other, Joey with an 8-minute freestyle on Sway In The Morning, and Troy with both a video to his Joey diss, as well as a separate response to the Sway freestyle. The beef between Joey Bada$$ and Troy Ave continued over the weekend, after Joey attempted to dismiss it once and for all, and Troy wasn’t quite ready to let it go. “this is me headlining at okeechobee festival in front of approx 25,000 fans… Yes that’s right I have shows and the capacity are more than 4x your album sales… What diss record??? Oh from that 30 y/o reject who hit the lil homie below the belt?? F*CK OUTTA HERE,” Joey captioned a photo of himself.
Joey Bad$$ Will Be Apart Of The Second Season Of Mr.Robot
Mr.Robot had a very successful first season and is now getting ready for season two which will be airing this summer. The Golden Globe winning drama has made headlines for it’s amazing cinematography and a powerful performance from it’s lead actor Rami Malek. With a new up and coming season the show will be making some additions to the show. Rapper Joey Bada$$ will be apart of season two and fans are pretty excited about it. Troy Ave on Capital STEEZ Lyrics: “I got friends that’s killing sh*t, his friends are killing themselves”
Yesterday morning, Troy Ave released a diss track to Joey Bada$$, and many say he crossed the line when he threw a shot at Joey‘s deceased group member, Capital STEEZ. STEEZ committed suicide in 2012 after a serious battle with depression – something Troy feels makes them “suckas forever.” He first shared his thoughts on Instagram in multiple posts, then called in to Sway In The Morning to explain further. “This is real versus fake. This is the dealer verses the user,” he said. “I was like aight, I could bust his head or I could make a song. Or both. Depends how I feel.”
