A$AP Rocky Contersues His Landlord For Negligence

A$AP Rocky was just hit with a lawsuit for $100K by his Soho, NYC apartment landlord. Rocky responds in a not so subtle way, with a lawsuit of his own claiming the apartment and building overall have been neglected from the proper care which forced A$AP out of his own home!

A$AP Rocky Is Sued By His Landlord For Allegedly Damaging His NYC Apartment

ASAP Rocky is now being sued by his landlord after he left his NYC apartment a mess. Rocky informed the manager that he was going to be doing some alterations to the apartment but he promised to fix it once he left. Well apparently he didn’t hold up his end of the deal. The landlord says Rocky left in August leaving the apartment a hot filthy mess.

Tyga Hit With ANOTHER Judgement From A Landlord

I can’t even keep track of Tyga’s legal troubles anymore. Today, the rapper was hit with another judgement, after the landlord of the former space he rented for his Last Kings clothing flagship store won against him in court. We’ve heard of this case previously – the landlord of the Melrose building sued Tyga for $186,275.89, as he reportedly abandoned the building and left it “in ruins,” with ink down the train and other things. He has now won, and Tyga is forced to pay up.

Tyga Cuts The Check To Avoid Jail Time

Recently we learned that there was a bench warrant out for Tyga’s arrest due to not paying his former land lord. Well Tyga figured that jail was not for him as he cut that check to avoid doing time.

(Video) Trey Songz’s Landlord States Trey Ruined His Home

Trey Songz’s landlord is now saying that Trey Songz trashed his home. Back in 2014, Trey rented a home in Bell Canyon for $22k a month. After he moved out he says he was looking for a $44k check which was the amount of his security but never got it.

Tyga Reportedly Being Sued By Another Landlord

Looks like rapper Tyga is being sued by yet another landlord. In May, Tyga was sued by the landlord of his Calabasas home because he was not paying rent on time. In that suit, he was ordered to pay $70,000. Then last month, we heard that he was about to get evicted from his home after only being there a few months. Now THIS lawsuit! Tyga is being sued over a space that he uses for his company Egypt Last Kings Clothing. Just a little lost as to how someone can buy expensive gifts for their girlfriend but not pay rent.
