Herpes rumors surrounded Rihanna for years, especially after that infamous fight with Chris Brown. A new lawsuit associated with the superstar concerns the awful STD as well, but luckily, it has nothing to do with something that Rih did. A woman by the name of Starkeema Greenidge has filed suit against M.A.C. Cosmetics, Inc, claiming that a sample of Rih’s new lipstick “RiRi Woo” given to her at Rihanna’s Barclays Center show earlier this month gave her herpes. Greenidge says a M.A.C. rep applied the red lipstick to her upper lip, told her to press her lips together and spread it around. Since it was a sample, it had been on many others’ lips as well. Allegedly the day after the concert, “My whole lip was irritated and hugely swollen,” Greenidge says. She immediately went to a doctor, who then told her she had herpes. Not sure if she’ll win in court, but let’s see what happens!
Busta Rhymes Sued Over What?!
Busta Rhymes is now facing a lawsuit worth a whopping $70,300, brought about by Paramount Recording Studios for allegedly not paying up for 375 hours worth of recording from 2011-2012. That’s a whole lot of studio time! The total equates to 35 sessions in all, and PRS wants their mula ASAP. So far, no word from Busta’s camp.
NYPD Responds To Amanda Bynes’ Sexual Assault Claims
Following Amanda Bynes’ arrest late last week for bizarre behavior and drugs in her NYC apartment, the troubled actress claimed the arresting officers sexually abused her by “slapping” her vagina. However, after an internal investigation, the NYPD reveals that “investigators have found no evidence to corroborate Ms. Bynes’s allegations.” “To the contrary,” NYPD Deputy Commissioner Paul J.Browne added, “a credible civilian witness who was with the officers throughout told investigators that none touched Ms. Bynes inappropriately or otherwise engaged in misconduct at any time.” I’m sure she’ll face an additional charge for lying now. Hopefully this gets her the help she so badly needs!

Eminem’s song publisher is suing Facebook and its ad agency, claiming the companies used his song with out permission. Eight Mile Style filed the lawsuit on Monday in Detroit that said Facebook used his “Under the Influence” in an ad that was released online on April 4.
2005 Testimony To Be Key In Wade Robson’s Molestation Lawsuit Against Michael Jackson
Back in 2005 when Michael Jackson was on trial for molestation claims against him, Wade Robson testified that Michael never touched him or did anything inappropriate with him. Now that Wade doesn’t really have a job much anymore, he’s claiming that MJ did molest him and he couldn’t testify back in the day because he was working for the singer. It turns out that MJ’s former housekeeper testified back in ’05 that she witnessed Michael and Wade naked together in the shower back in the ’80s when Wade was only about 8 or 9-years-old.
