A cancer surviving California woman, decided to embark on the gift of giving after hearing the story of a 7 year old fighting leukemia. The California native wanted to bring hope to the young child, and the best way she saw suit would be to give the child a pug to get through her sickness, just as she did when she was sick. In what is being called a miracle, a 6 year-old girl with a terminal case of leukemia was nearly dying when doctor’s recommended that she try a dangerous and controversial treatment to try to clear up the cancer. The doctor’s recommended she try an experimental treatment involving injecting a modified HIV virus into her bloodstream. This treatment is for patients who are extremely sick. So was she cured? NFL: Colts Coach Back After Beating Leukemia
Less than 3 months after learning he had Leukemia and having to leave his team, coach Chuck Pagano of the Indianapolis Colts is back!! He has been a symbol of inspiration for his team while he was away. While they were fighting on the field, Pagano was fighting in the hospital, and fighting during his chemotherapy treatments. Both have worked out. The Colts are heading to the playoffs and they have their leader back. This Sunday will be the first time he coaches since week 3. Check more after the jump. IamJOE357

11-Year Old Leukemia Patient Is Missing After Mother Takes Her From Hospital After A Serious Operation
This past Wednesday in Phoenix an 11 year old by the name of Emily was being treated for an infection. The infection took over her arm which forced the hospital to amputate it in order for her to survive. Wednesday evening surveillance cameras picked up Emily and her Mother Norma evacuating the hospital. Emily was supposed to be released the next day and her mother took matters into her own hands which can leave Emily in a horrible predicament. There were several IV’s and even a catheter still attached to Emily during the evacuation that if not properly removed or taken care of can be life threatening. Police haven’t released the full names of the family members in hopes they will do whats best for Emily in her present situation. FunkFlex DN
