Wendy Williams recently clowned Rich Homie Quan for his slip up at the Hip Hop Honors and SHE got the lyrics wrong. Lil Cease took to Twitter to correct Wendy.

Wendy Williams Tries To Correct Rich Homie Quan’s Biggie Lyrics & Messes Them Up Herself

By now, we’ve all heard how badly Rich Homie Quan butchered Biggie’s verse on “Get Money” during his tribute performance at Hip-Hop Honors on Monday night. While discussing the flub on her show the next day, Wendy Williams attempted to give the Atlanta native a little rap lesson – problem is, she didn’t have the words right either! “You wanna sip Mo’ on my living room floor,” Wendy rapped – so far, so good. “Play Nintendo with Cease A Leo.” Incorrect, ma’am!

Lil Cease Speaks On Rich Homie Quan’s Performance

We all watched Rich Homie Quan brutally murder the late, great Biggie’s verse on “Get Money” at VH1’s Hip-Hop Honors on Monday night. He’s since apologized, but that doesn’t mean people won’t continue to share their opinion. I mean – it’s freaking BIGGIE! How do you mess that up? Many of us still can’t wrap our heads around why Quan, an Atlanta artist, was chosen to represent for a Brooklyn legend – as so many others were around that could have done it. Hell, Papoose was even in the audience! There’s Fabolous, Maino, Joey Bada$$, we’d even take Desiigner. Another perfect choice would have been Lil Cease, for obvious reasons (though it would have never happened, for other obvious reasons,) and now he’s sharing his opinion on the matter as well.

After last year’s Great Gatsby theme, Fabolous had to out-do himself for his birthday bash this year, and he definitely succeeded with last night’s 90s theme. From the Coogi sweaters to the classic backdrop, the brick cell phones and even appearances from Lil Kim, Lil Cease and Ma$e, Loso did a niceee job of keeping the party authentic! Check out pics and video from the night below with Teyana Taylor, Remy Ma, Swizz Beatz and more.
