Judge OK’s ‘Making A Murderer’ Star Release BUT Under A Few Conditions

The nephew of Steven Avery, Brendan Dassey is finally about to be released from prison. Back in August we found out that it was going to happen but there were a few things that had to be squared away first, especially being that there was an appeal going on. We now see that the judge has officially Okayed the release but with a few fine prints.

Brendan Dassey, the nephew of Steven Avery, has been ordered released from prison by a federal judge. His murder conviction was overturned. Dassey did say that he assisted his uncles in the murders, but attorneys felt like the confession had been coerced by police.


A New ‘Making a Murderer’ Season Is On Its Way To Netflix

We all obsessed over Steven Avery and Brendan Dassey’s story late last year on Making A Murderer, and thankfully, we’ll be getting more on the crazy tale to obsess over! Officer Claims ‘Making A Murderer’ Ruined Reputations

Police officer, Barney Doyle, claims that the hit show, ‘Making A Murderer’ is a reputation ruiner. He believes that Steven Avery is guilt of the murder that he is currently serving time for and deserves to be behind bars. He says that the filmmakers “made a mockery of the justice system.”

Steven Avery’s lawyer, Kathleen Zellner is determined to prove that her client is innocent. She believes that he was framed. Zellner is now saying that there has been new suspects identified in the Steven Avery Case. Just a refresher, Avery is currently doing time for the murder of Teresa Halbach.
