This story is still developing but early reports indicate that soccer star and international icon, David Beckham was involved in a motorcycle crash this morning. Those same reports say Beckham is ok and walked away from the crash, but the more disturbing part could be why he wound up crashing. People close to David say paparazzi caused him to swerve out of control and go off the road! We need to get laws in place when it comes to media and paparazzi because this could of been much worse! In February, singer Miguel got knocked for a DUIv and was put on probation from the judge. However, it looks like the “Adorn” artist might have given himself up. He posted a flick to the ‘Gram of himself on his motorcycle saying, “Rode down the coast to PV today. #holdtight artgang harleydavidson.” That’s all fine and dandy except for the fact that he’s completely violating his probation (OOPS!) He’s only allowed to operate a vehicle if there’s an interlock device present, (those things you blow into for the car to start) but I don’t see any of those things present on his bike. Since there’s no actual proof of him operating the vehicle, he cannot be knocked for violating his probation just yet. HOWEVER, they are on the lookout now.

The LAPD has copped themselves a brand new $15,000 military-grade electric motorcycle and this thing is sleek. The motorcycle, called a Zero MMX, was purchased as part of a pilot project which if all goes well will lead to the police department purchasing more.
