Last night Nike fans were shocked by the random restock of the season’s hottest sneaker releases. The announcement was not to the general public, but only to those who followed the brand on twitter. Nike’s official twitter page tweeted “A handful of this season’s hottest footwear styles are back for a limited time. Act fast before they are gone.” When they said a “limited time” they really meant it, as in it was not available for long. We have already seen some of restocks of our favorite kicks this season like the Air Jordan 11 “Bred”, but the exclusive restock last night included way more fresh kicks from this season. Here are a couple from the list just to name a few Air Jordan 3 Retro ’88, Air Yeezy 2 (in both colorways), Nike Barkley Posit Max “Area 72”, and the Nike LeBron X EXT “Corks”. Jordan Brand been having some unexpected results in sales for the past weeks. For this upcoming weekend’s drop of the ‘Obsidian’ Air Jordan XII, Nikestore has shutdown that option to sell online. If you want your own pair you will need to go to a Jordan Brand location. I’m sure NikeTown Twitter and other local retailer will hold you down. The Nike Inc has now updated how it will handle online drops on the NikeStore site. Basically they tweaked the temporary hold that will be put on your purchase in order to ensure proper information is then completed. Example: when all sizes of a certain sneaker are being held, that option will no longer appear. The the site is sold out of the shoe, a tweet will serve to inform customers. Personally, It killed me when I tried to purchase but hopefully this would help you all… DJ Juanyto
