Joseph Greenwood was issued a police summons but unlike most people who just take the L and move on, he decided to use it as his own personal toilet paper in front of the cop. Greenwood received the original citation for threatening assault. He then proceeded to take the ticket and “put it between his butt cheeks” and started “wiping the paper in an upward and downward motion,” according to court documents.
