NBA: Paul George Says His Goal For the Upcoming Season is to Be the MVP

Paul George’s career was skyrocketing, he was being mentioned among the likes of LeBron James and Kevin Durant and then during an exhibition game with Team USA, he suffered a gruesome injury as his leg snapped after trying to chase down a block.  He missed majority of last season and the Indiana Pacers missed the playoffs.  This upcoming season, he will be totally healthy and ready to go, and he already has a lofty goal in mind.

Steph Curry isn’t the only NBA superstar taking on LeBron this week because Paul George says that he might wanna slide into “Space Jam 2” even though it’s a role that was fit for the King.

Four games into his comeback after August’s gruesome leg injury, Paul George threw down his first dunk on Sunday in the Pacers’ game against the Thunder.


NBA: Report, Paul George To Return From Gruesome Injury Tomorrow Night!

Paul George is back! That is according to his Instagram and other reports that say PG-13 will make his season debut tomorrow night against the Miami Heat. This would be George’s first real action since his horrific injury during the Team USA camp in Las Vegas last summer. His return comes at an important time for the Pacers as they fight for a playoff spot and could really benefit from the boost they would get from the return of their star player. Even if you aren’t a Pacers fan, you have to be happy to see George back out on that court! Check the gallery.


NBA: Paul George, David West & Kevin Garnett All Diss the Nuggets Players & Stand Up For Brian Shaw

Brian Shaw was fired as head coach of the Denver Nuggets after less than two seasons on the job.  Before he took this position, he was an assistant coach on the Indiana Pacers.  Now his former players Paul George and David West are speaking out in defense of their former coach and putting it on the Nuggets players.  NBA veteran Kevin Garnett also did the same.


NBA: Report, Paul George To Return From Gruesome Leg Injury In March!

If things go right, we could be seeing a PG-13 movie the rest of the NBA season with the return of Paul George. In case you don’t know, he has changed his number from 24 to 13, to align with him new nickname “PG-13”. Obviously after a catastrophic injury like the one he had, nobody knows for sure how much of his game will return immediately, but in the weak eastern conference, his return could very well propel the Pacers into the playoffs, even if it looks like a long shot now.
