Over the weekend, U.S. Navy veteran and Ferguson, Missouri resident Peggy Hubbard had the social media world in a frenzy. The Black woman joined two topics – two white police officers killing Mansur Ball-Bey, a young black man and a stray bullet hitting 9-year-old Jamyla Bolden, with his assailant being unknown – that forced the Ferguson residents to protest against the police again, and expressed her disdain for the protest, which is backed by the Black Lives Matter movement. “You’re hollering this ‘black lives matter’ bulls**t. It don’t matter,” she said in the video. Hubbard made an attempt to get across that while these protests against white police officers are going on, protestors should voice their opinion on Black-on-Black crime. “You’re killing each other. White people don’t care … You’re shooting at the police. They drop your ass. ‘Oh, he died due to police brutality.’ 327 homicides later y’all want to holler police brutality? Black people, you’re a f**king joke. You’re tearing up communities over thugs and criminals.” Hmm … Find out more down bottom.
