A few days ago, we had to say goodbye to legendary rapper Phife Dawg. A lot of people took to social media to give their last few words to Dawg upon hearing of his passing. Busta Rhymes took to Instagram to write a tribute to Phife Dawg. Busta was apart of Leaders of the New School. He made an appearance on “Scenario” off The Low End Theory. In his letter, he spoke on how much it meant to have Tribe put him on the record. Last December, Busta got a chance to host Hot 97’s “Hot for the Holidays” at the Prudential Center where he bought out Diddy, Lil Wayne, Mary J. Blige, French Montana and more. He got a chance to perform Scenario” live with Tribe. This was the last time they performed as a group.
