(Photos) Teyana Taylor Opens A Business In Cleveland

Now that she’s a Cleveland resident with her beau, Cleveland Cavs player Iman Shumpert, and their beautiful daughter, Teyana Taylor has decided to flex her entrepreneurial skills in the 216. Teyana has teamed up with Ashley Taylor, and together, the ladies have opened a co-working space in the downtown area named Spaces & CO. If you’re unfamiliar with the concept, co-working spaces provide office space for the self-employed, the creatives, those who work from home who want a change of pace, etc. It’s a great environment to help with productivity and creativity, and definitely on pace with the way our work culture is today.

(Photo) Karrueche Wins A Daytime Emmy

Congrats to my boo Karrueche, who has continued to flourish since stepping out of Chris Brown’s shadow and following her passion! The former “girlfriend of a famous guy” was smart enough to capitalize on her buzz, and has just won her first daytime Emmy as a producer on the digital series she’s been a part of for just under two years, The Bay. Though the show won last year in the same category (Outstanding Digital Daytime Drama Series,) Karrueche had not yet produced an episode, so she did not qualify for the award. This year that has changed, however, and she is now an Emmy award winner! Congrats!

Bryson Tiller’s ‘TRAPSOUL’ Is Officially PLATINUM!

Just last week, Bryson Tiller took to Instagram to reveal that his debut album, TRAPSOUL, had officially gone gold. This means that since its release in October 2015, it had sold and/or streamed over 500,000 copies. Turns out, he was sharing the news over a month late, and now there’s an even bigger update: TRAPSOUL is platinum! “so a few days ago, we told everyone that this album went Gold. They actually told me it went Gold a month or so ago but wanted me to wait until my Radio City Show to tell people,” Bryson began in an Instagram post today. “Well…. Right after the show they surprised me and told me that T R A P S O U L is officially a Platinum Album. words cannot explain how i feel. thank you if you bought this, you changed my life.” Wow, how amazing is that?! Congrats, Pen Griffey!

(Photos) Future Covers GQ Magazine

Despite dealing with drama back home, Future is keeping his professional life booming, and appears on the cover of GQ this month for their annual style issue. “Wide-brimmed hats are to the slurring, swerving Atlanta rapper born Nayvadius Wilburn what white suits are to Tom Wolfe: an instantly recognizable daily uniform,” the mag writes. “Look closely at these three and you’ll notice they’re all the same basic style. They’ve got the teardrop crown of a traditional fedora, and the brims have an Outback flair.”

Amber Rose Cops Gorgeous New Home; Makes Nearly $2 Mil Off New App In Its FIRST Day

Amber Rose just plunked down a couple million for a beautiful new home in the San Fernando Valley – and she made it right back this week with the release of her new MuvaMojis app. The 7233-square-foot home has six bedrooms and eight bathrooms spread over two stories, equipped with a fountain, tennis court, beautiful Mediterranean-style pool, outdoor bar and more. As for her pockets, TMZ reports that Amber got a cool $4 million for just signing on with the company that released her emoji pack, and though she doesn’t get all of the $2 million it made in its first day, she will certainly get a large chunk. And again, that’s just the first day. GET IT, MUVA! Check out pics of the beautiful crib in the gallery.

Cam’Ron Releases New Web Show ‘Giles Investigation’

Cam’Ron has a big year ahead of him. As he crafts what is reportedly set to be his final album, the Harlem rapper has debuted a brand new web series, and revealed that he is his own sneaker coming with Reebok in a few months. Lit! Giles Investigation will take Cam throughout his old hood, finding and interviewing some of the known drug dealers from back in his day. In the debut episode, Cam speaks to a man named Face, who went on from drug dealing to become a notable comic on Def Comedy Jam and Comic View. The series lives on YouTube for now, but I wouldn’t be surprised if Killa inked a deal with maybe TIDAL or even Apple, as they’re now pushing for original programming as well.
