NFL: Ray Rice Domestic Violence Charges Dismissed After Completion of Pretrial Intervention Program

A New Jersey judge will dismiss domestic violence charges against Ray Rice after the former Baltimore Ravens running back completed his pretrial intervention program.

NFL: Ray Rice Returns To Rutgers To Tell Kids About Avoiding Mistakes That He Made

Ray Rice has slowly been winning people over because of his continued effort to be a better person and it seems very genuine. Some people will never forgive him and that’s just life but it’s a reminder of how fast things can change. He was always known as a good guy until he made one mistake and it changed his life forever. Ray was a star at Rutgers and he returned to campus yesterday to talk to the current team and let them know it only takes one second to make a bad choice.

(Video) NFL: Ray Rice Kept Busy Playing In Touch Football League

Ray Rice found a way to keep himself in football shape after he was cut by the Ravens and suspended from the NFL back in September. He just randomly showed up one day at a Baltimore area “rough touch” football league and proceeded to put on a show. The guys from the league all welcomed him after he asked if he could join and it made the rest of the players want to step their game up, but it was useless compared to Ray they said. Rice wound up making a game winning interception and the players on the squad went crazy. This football season I’d expect to see Rice playing with NFL guys instead.

NFL: Ray Rice Awarded $1.588 Million From Baltimore Ravens in Wrongful Termination Case

After video surfaced of Ray Rice brutally knocking his wife Janay unconscious, he was released by the Baltimore Ravens.  Rice was of course upset about the termination and believed the team would stand by him after he reportedly disclosed everything to them before the story blew up.  Rice filed a wrongful termination grievance and received a hefty sum of money.

NFL: Ray Rice Admits He Contemplated Suicide After Domestic Violence Incident Last Year

Ray Rice opened up a little more about the domestic violence situation he put himself in last year after hitting his then fiance, Janay Rice, admitting he had thoughts of taking his own life. Naturally those thoughts probably came from the embarrassment and the shame of what he had done but nonetheless, it still points to how serious the situation was behind closed doors, while the media was thirsty to invade the family’s privacy. Things seem to slowly be getting better for Ray and Janay, but there were some very dark times.

NFL: Report, Dez Bryant Was Questioned By Police In Wal-Mart Incident In 2011, But Was Not Arrested

Well yesterday came and went without the alleged video involving Dez Bryant doing something “five times worse than Ray Rice” being released to the public. However, things got serious this week when ESPN’s Adam Schefter, a very respected and credible sports reporter, said that there is in fact a tape, although he said he had not seen the contents with his own eyes. He said he had been working on the story quietly since September, and for a guy like Schefter to admit the tape does exist, well that carries alot of weight.
