Employees of T.I.’s Scales 925 restaurant are now suing him for backpay. Employees are claiming that he and his partner Charles Hughes have violated the Fair Labor Standards Act.

T.I. owns a popular restaurant in Atlanta, Scales 925, that he opened in 2015. It’s become the go-to spot among his celeb friends (as well as just every day people looking to eat, as it’s reasonably priced,) and one of those people this week was none other than Love & Hip-Hop‘s own, Momma Dee.
