Park Slope has recently been plagued with a series of sexual attacks so NYPD are now warning women in the Brooklyn neighborhood NOT to wear skirts or shorts because it will make it easier for them to get raped. Most people are outraged by this warning… but with the colder weather approaching this weekend, it shouldn’t be too much of a problem to stay layered. More details after the jump… Wendy L.
