(Videos) Yo Gotti’s Artist Blac Youngsta Buys Shy Glizzy’s Chain Back From Memphis Goons For $10k

As you know, Shy Glizzy got his chain snatched while in Memphis earlier this month. On Tuesday, the DC rapper put out a song where he addressed the incident, “Cut It,” and at one point, says he got the chain back. We all thought this may have been a lie, as the Memphis goons that snatched it seemed pretty proud of their hood trophy, but turns out – it was purchased back by Yo Gotti’s artist Blac Youngsta (above)….for $10k! Sheesh. Either way, Glizzy said on the track he won’t be wearing it anymore, so I guess it doesn’t matter! Check out footage of the “transaction” below.

Behind The Lyrics: Shy Glizzy Addresses Getting His Chain Snatched On “Cut It”

While performing in Memphis earlier this month, DC rapper Shy Glizzy got his chain stolen. The culprits have since proudly flaunted the piece on their social media pages, claiming they retaliated simply because he refused to do a song with them. Glizzy later responded in a series of now-deleted tweets, saying the chain had fallen off his neck and they’d merely snatched it up, and there wasn’t some big fight as many had insinuated. Now Glizzy is putting his response on wax with “Cut It”, and not only comes for the Memphis goons that relieved him of his possessions, but blogger DJ Akademiks as well for posting about it. (Which is kind of odd, but okay.)

(Video) Cartel Business Says Shy Glizzy’s Chain Is Their ‘Hood Trophy’

Last week we heard of Shy Glizzy allegedly getting robbed for his chain. Glizzy then cleared the air saying that he was not robbed. He says that the chain was found on the floor. Cartel Business, a group who have the chain have recently dropped a Shy Glizzy diss where they call the chain their “Hood Trophy.”

So just last week we heard about Shy Glizzy getting robbed for his chain in Memphis. Sources say that Glizzy was caught slipping as he was beat up and robbed for his chain. The incident circled social media was pictures of Glizzy’s chain and even a video. A group of men took pictures of the chain and raised hell about Glizzy not doing a song with them. Glizzy had alot to say about the alleged incident as he says that is NOT what happened.

(Photos + Video) Shy Glizzy Reportedly Robbed Of His Chain In Memphis

According to various eyewitness accounts, DC rapper Shy Glizzy was beaten and robbed of his chain during an appearance in Memphis over the weekend – all because he didn’t do a song with somebody. The chain, reportedly worth $50,000, popped up in photos on social media early Sunday morning, making its rounds amongst a group of rather interesting characters from the Memphis area. Videos came after the photos, where multiple men were yelling:

“We asked you nicely to do a song, you said, ‘Get the fuck out yo’ face’! Shoulda did the song n*gga!”

Not sure why these guys think flaunting stolen property on social media is where it’s at, but that’s neither here nor there. They’re obviously not the brightest crayons in the box. Glizzy has yet to respond, but he’s been posting on social media, so it would appear that at least his health is in tact.
