That ‘Dogg Pound 4 Life’ Biopic Might Take Longer Than Expected…

The success of the N.W.A. biopic Straight Outta Compton inspired many other musicians with a story to tell to attempt to bring their life to the silver screen. One of those people was West Coast rapper, Daz Dillinger. Daz wanted to pick up where Straight Outta Compton left off and dive deeper into the storylines of himself, Snoop Dogg, Tha Dogg Pound and Death Row as a whole, and wasted NO time getting the ball rolling on the project once the idea was birthed. Despite having no real funding or film company behind him, Daz assembled a cast and began filming Dogg Pound 4 Life early last month…but it seems he’s already hit a bump in the road.

Tuesday (Oct 13th) Suge Knight used his time in the courtroom to wish his son a happy birthday. According to reports by TMZ, Suge has not been able to see his 6 year-old son too often since being put behind bars in January. His legal team has been working on getting him more visitation however, their efforts did not work out in time for the boy’s birthday so Suge resorted to plan B. While the judge and lawyers took care of business, Suge Knight flashed a a piece of paper to the court cameras with the message “HAPPY BIRTHDAY LEGEND” Check out the clip below.


Suge Knight Scheduled To Appear Back In Court

West Coast OG Suge Knight seems to always find himself in some trouble. As he currently sits in a jail cell to reflect on the bad decisions he has made throughout his life, he will have a chance to speak out because he’s scheduled to appear back in court today (Tuesday, October 13th) in the morning. Prosecutors will have a chance to lay out the evidence for a robbery case that is currently pending against Knight. He was busted with allegedly stealing a paparazzi’s camera along with comedian Katt Williams. Although Knight’s lawyers have requested to delay the hearing, they have been denied and the court appearance will go on as scheduled. He also has another case for murder that is currently pending after he ran a pedestrian over with his vehicle. Both he and Williams have plead not guilty to all pending charges. Messy.com


Suge Knight Murder Case Pushed Back Until October

A judge delayed a court hearing Thursday September 17, for Marion “Suge” Knight, allowing Suge’s defense team more time to get their things together. Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Ronald Coen granted a defense request for a continuance, pushing the hearing back to Oct. 13. Suge Knight and comedian Katt Williams are accused of taking a celebrity photographer’s camera in September 2014, just days after the Death Row Records co-founder was shot in a nightclub. Both men have pleaded not guilty.

Since the debut of the ‘Straight Outta Compton’ film theories surrounding just how Eazy-E died have been swirling. Most recently, Eazy-E’s son, Yung Eazy spoke out about the death of his father and said he firmly believes that Suge Knight played a role in Eazy-E contracting AIDS.
