Chris Brown Reportedly Loses Role On ‘Power’ + 50 Says He Never Offered Amber Rose A Role

Chris Brown was reportedly supposed to have a “big role” as a drug dealer on Power in the near future, orchestrated by one of his good friends, 50 Cent. However, Page Six reports that the people higher than 50 weren’t having it, due to recent events… “The network insisted that Chris’ casting was not going to happen, because of fears about his anger issues,” a source told the gossip column. “There was a big blowup, and they had to tell Chris he was not going to get the role. The news was delivered to him early Monday. He was livid.”

We might have been seeing Amber Rose on our TV screen on Sunday nights alongside Ghost and Tommy, but she wasn’t able to give 50 Cent an answer quick enough. On the latest episode of The Amber Rose Show, Muva revealed to guest, O.T. Genasis, why her would-be role on Power never happened. “[50] asked me to do Power, so I was like , ‘Let me get with my team, figure out my schedule,’” Amber explained, laughing. “He was like, ‘You got 60 seconds to answer me, or you don’t get the job!’” Needless to say, she could not give him a quick answer, because as she puts it, she’s not “one of these convenient ass b*tches!” The story was told with a laugh, however, so she definitely didn’t take offense to the situation and appears to still have love for the outspoken rapper. Amber Rose’s VH1 Talk Show Gets A Premiere Date

As previously announced, Amber Rose has a talk show coming to VH1. In a new press release, the network has revealed that The Amber Rose Show will premiere on Friday, June 17 at 11pm EST. On the show, Amber will “conduct interviews with celebrity friends about pop culture, motherhood, relationships, friendships, race and entrepreneurship.” She has also been sharing previews on social media, where she’s taking to the streets to get the opinions of fans as well.
