Disney’s soundtrack to Frozen keeps its reign at number 1 on the Billboard charts this week, becoming its fifth [nonconsecutive] week atop the list. This accolade qualifies the album for the most weeks in the top spot for a soundtrack since Titanic racked up 16 straight weeks at number one in the first half of 1998. Insane! A violin, that was played while the Titanic was sinking, was auctioned off on Saturday in London. Band leader Wallace Hartley played the violin on the luxury liner’s deck, as passengers panicked and filled life boats on the infamous night in April 1912. CRAZY! Famous Titanic Artifact Found Intact
It’s crazy how year have passed and yet we are still finding artifacts from the Titanic. In the movie about the ship’s fatal sinking, there was a man who continued to play the violin even though there was nothing but chaos around him. Wallace Hartley found it soothing to play his instrument until the very end to bring comfort to others. It was believed that Hartley’s violin was lost after the ship sank but it turns out that the violin was found in one piece. Read more below.

Brand new news to me. I would have never guessed it either. Actor, Victor Garber (Titanic, Legally Blonde, and Argo) has let it be known that yes, he is gay. After being shocked by the out right question of the relationship being made public, he informed a blogger by the name of Greg Hernandez. “I don’t really talk about it but everybody knows,” Garber told Hernandez before adding, “He’s going to be out here with me for the SAG Awards.” Talk about hush hush, Garber has been with his long time partner Rainer Andreesen for 14 years. Although it has been many years since the movie was released , fans questioned why Jack was not able to get on the plank with Rose in the famous water scene. The moment Jack was not able to get on the plank and died, created questions as to why?
