(Photos) NBA: Twitter Goes IN on Raptors For #StayClassy Tweet After ‘USA’ Chants in Cavs Blowout Win

The Cleveland Cavaliers beat the Toronto Raptors 115-84 on Tuesday night, winning game 1 of the Eastern Conference Finals.  It was also Cleveland’s largest playoff win in franchise history.  Towards the end of the game, Cavs fans began to chant “USA” in response to Toronto fans chanting “we want Cleveland” at the end of their blowout game seven win over the Miami Heat.  Well apparently the Raptors couldn’t quite take back what they dished out.  They tweeted out “USA chants #stayclassy”.  Their mentions turned to shambles and they eventually deleted the tweet.

The Miami Heat beat the Toronto Raptors 102-96 on Tuesday night, taking a 1-0 lead in their Eastern Conference semi-finals series.  Toronto city Councillor Norm Kelly, dubbed “6Dad” – for his support of Drake and the city – usually hands out paper L’s to teams the Raptors beat.  Since they lost this time, Miami Heat fans flooded his mentions but he had a funny clapback for them.
