Yandy Writes Letter To Fans About Mandeecees’ Trial

Love & Hip-Hop star Yandy Smith was put under the microscope by fans and media these last few weeks, as her boyfriend/child’s father Mandeecees Harris went to trial for quite a horrible accusation. He was facing charges for allegedly engaging in sexual activity in 2011 with the 15-year-old daughter of his then-girlfriend. Imagine having the man you love accused of something like that? AND not really knowing the truth? THAT has got to be difficult! Thankfully for the couple (who just welcomed a son months ago), Mandeecees was found NOT GUILTY. After the smoke cleared and the dust settled, Yandy decided to write an open letter to her supporters, thanking them for standing by her side and explaining why she was so mum on the topic until now. See what she had to say below.

Chris Brown’s Lawyer Provides Proof The D.A. Is LYING!

It’s a heated battle between Team Breezy and the D.A., but Chris is not going down without a fight. No pun intended. Ha! After their court hearing today (because the D.A. said Chris lied about community service, therefore violating the terms of his probation and should be thrown in jail), Chris’ lawyer Mark Geragos filed their response, and says the prosecutors seemed to have conveniently left out major info from their case! Details below.

Update: What’s Going On With Trayvon Martin’s Killer’s Trial ???

February 26th will mark the one year anniversary, since neighborhood watchman Geroge Zimmerman shot and killed 17-year-old Trayvon Martin. Zimmerman has made many attempts to stop the trial, escape the trial and slow it down. The official date for proceedings to begin is scheduled for June 10th, however the defense team is trying to have that pushed back even further. It’s said that they are making an attempt to slow the process down, because they have run out of money. Assistant State Attorney Bernie de la Rionda argues that lawyers for George Zimmerman have spent too much time on news media interviews and Internet postings instead of reviewing evidence and preparing their case. After the defense talked to media the other day (about lack of cash flow), the GZDefenseFund.com website had raised $5,200 in less than 24 hours. Mark O’Mara, Zimmerman’s lawyer, is stating that the prosecution are the one’s who’s holding up the case by withholding evidence. According to O’Mara, the state had sent Trayvon Martin’s cellphone to California for analysis and they have yet to hear any new information on that, ie the agency running the tests and the type of tests being run. EXCUSES MUCH ??? I say they get this show on the road. The facts needs to be laid out for Martin’s family to get complete closure. they should be celebrating his birthday with his joyful memories, not another date to put off. As more information comes in, we’ll let you know. Drop down bottom…

As the case of George Zimmerman murdering Trayvon Martin prepares to go to trial, more and more evidence from that fateful night has been leaking out to the press. Did Police Botch Important Evidence In The Casey Anthony Trial?

A Florida new channel is claiming that police officers botched up information that may have changed the verdict of the Casey Anthony trial. Even Anthony’s defense was hoping the police and the state didn’t bring the information into the trial because they knew it would have done some serious damage to their case. Orange County Sheriff’s Office failed to extract the information of Anthony’s Google search on the day that her daughter went missing and that’s why it was never brought up in trial. Read more below.
